     Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
1 c cocoa powder
2 c sugar
1/2 c veg oil
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c powder sugar
 
Instructions
mix cocoa powder, sugar & veg oil beat in eggs 1 at a time stir in vanilla combine flour, baking powder & salt then add to wet ingredients Chill 4hrs
shape into 1inch balls & coat with powdered sugar bake at 350 10-12 min cool (very soft)
BAKE 350 10-12min
