Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder in food
processor. Add butter, pulsing. While running, add
hot water til smooth dough forms.
Knead dough on floured surface quick & lightly.
Cut dough in quarters, wrap in plastic, let
rest at room temp about 10min.
Roll see-thru-thin.
transfer to baking sheet. Slice to size. Prick
with fork
season as desired.
