     Almond Joy Cake

Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 c. evaported milk
24 lg. marshmallows
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick buter
14 oz. coconut
1 c. sugar
4 oz. almonds, sliced
1/2 c. evaporated milk
 
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make the cake mix as directed on the box. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes in jellyroll pan.
Heat until melted the following- 1 c. evaporated milk, 1 c. sugar and 24 marshmallows. Then add 14 oz. coconut to the mixture and spread on the cake while still hot. Then cover with the almonds.
Icing- Mix 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. evaporated milk and 1 stick butter. Heat these to boil. Then add 1 1/2 c. choc chips. Stir to melt the chips. Pour and spread over cake.
