1/2 sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 c milk
1/4 c oil
1 c chocolate chips
 
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients. Make hole in middle, mix liquid ingredients, add to hole. Mix til slightly lumpy - wooden spoon Add Chips
Bake 400 20min
