Put rump roast in crock pot. Cook on low all day in one cup of water. Remove the rum roast. Keep the broth.
Slice the rump roast. Put it back in the crock pot with beef broth (enough so it covers the meat). Add more bouillon cubes if desired. Add pepperocini's. About one hour prior to serving add 1/s juice from the pepperocini's (more if you prefer).
