     Pan seared salmon with pear walnut spinach salad

Ingredients
1/4 c toasted walnuts
2 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 oz fresh parmesan
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp water
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
 
4 6oz salmon fillets about 1 inch thick
1/4 tsp pepper
4 c baby kale
4 c baby spinach
1 c thinly sliced ripe pear

Instructions
Preheat oven 425. Finely chop 2 Tbsp walnuts, combine walnuts 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp cheese and next 5 ingredients through water in a small bowl. Add garlic and 1/4 tsp salt stirring with a whisk.
Sprinkle salmon with remaining 1/4 tsp salt and pepper, heat a large cast iron skillet over high add remaing 1 1/2 tsp oil to pan swirl and coat. Add salmon skin side down cook 3 minutes or until skin begins to brown gently pressing fillets. Place pan in oven. Bake 4-5 minutes
Combine kale spinach and pear in a large bowl. Add 4 Tbsp dressing toss to coat. Divide salad among 4 plates and sprinkle with remaining cheese and walnuts. Top each salad with 1 fillet dizzle fillets with remaining dressing.
