Cut the bread into pieces.
Remove the cheese rind and cut the cheese into
slices.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the kirsch.
Rub the inside of the pot with the garlic until
the garlic clove is finished.

Heat the white wine at medium heat. When it foams,
reduce heat and add little by little the cheese
slices by mixing with a woodspoon (do an 8
movement).

When all the cheese is melted, add the kirsch and
cornstarch, the pepper and the nutmeg.

|
Heat it again, and mix from time to time. It's
ready to eat!
