     Fried Zucchini

Ingredients
Zucchinis
Flour
Egg
Pasta/Tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese
Vegetable Oil
 
Instructions
Cut zucchini into slices. dredge the zucchini through flour & then through the egg.
Fry in vegetable oil until brown. Put on a plate (on paper towel to absorb oil.)
Top with a dollop of pasta sauce & a sprinkle of Parmesan
