     No Frill Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef
1.5 yellow onions
1 large green bell pepper
2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 15 oz can of kidney beans
1 15 oz can of pinto beans
1/4 cup Chili powder
 
4 tsp cayenne (or to your taste)
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
2 tsp Frank's Red Hot (to taste)

Instructions
Chop and saute onion and pepper until the onion is translucent. Add beef and brown, drain. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours. Viola!
