     Sausage and Bean Ragout

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 lb pork sausage, bulk
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
3 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup basil leaves
2 (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 (16 oz) cannellini beans
 
1/2 cup elbow pasta
6 oz spinach leaves
1/3 cup Romano Cheese

Instructions
1. Heat oil in pot and add beef, sausage, onion, and cook until brown. Add garlic. 2. Add broth, basil, tomatoes, and beans. Bring to a boil, cook and cover over low heat for 10 minutes. 3. Add pasta and cook until pasta is done. 4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
