1. Cook rice but add chili powder and 2 tsp tomato paste to water. Add rice and reduce heat to medium-low, over and cook 30 minutes.
2. Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add meat and Cajun seasoning and salt and cook until meat is mostly done.
3. Add beans, mix paste, bouillon, 1/2 cup of water. and 1 Tbsp cornstarch and then add to the meat. Mix, wait until rive is finished and then mix together.
