Mix flour, salt, beer. Let stand until light and
bubbly. Add Tabasco sauce and let stand overnight.
Cut onions into 1/2 in slices. Dip into flour then
batter then flour again. Heat 1 inch of oil in pot
or fryer. Fry onions 2 minutes.
