wash and trim all sharp points off
articokes..band against counter to open more
and losen leaves.
fill the articokes leaves from bottom to top
with crumbs and chopped articoke stems. when
completely filled stand articokes in large pot
to be steamed..place enough water on bottome of
pan to steam..check frequently..steam untill
leaves pull from articoke easily about and
hour. cool.best eaten chilled
