Heat 1 c of water in microwave for 1 minute. Add salt and pepper and stir until salt dissolves. Add to water in pot. Add garlic and onion.
Take all the herbs and coarsely chop them together, Add chicken and place in the fridge according to times below. Do not exceed these times or chicken will be too salty. Rinse chicken under cold water prior to cooking.
Boneless chicken breasts- 30 minutes
Bone in chicken parts- 40 minutes
Whole chicken- 60 minutes
