left over chicken cut into pieces i use left over whole chicken
4 chicken gravy packets
carrorts fresh or canned
peas canned or frozen
cut diced pototoes fresh or canned
4 chicken boullion cubes
chopped celery 1 stalk
1/2 onion chopped
2 pie crust top n bottom
Instructions
in large pan add chicken , bone and all into pan
add onion, celery and enough water to boil down
the chicken off bone..add boullion cubes ..boil 20
mins or so.. then remove chicken keeping the
broth to use to make gravy...
in pie pan spread bottom crust set aside
add the gravy packets making sure of the right
amount of broth. you may have to empty some..it
requires 4 cups of liquid .. after the gravy
starts to thicken add the carrots peas and
pototoes and chicken back into pot stir throuly
coating all.. add to pie crust, then top with
remaing crust.bake until golden brown
