1.Put the chocolate and butter with milk in a pan. Melt at low heat and stir frequently.
2. Whisk egg yolk, sugar and vanille sugar in a bowl unrtil foamy.
3. Add chocolate, whisk and let it cool.
4. Beat the cream until stiff and add it to the butter.
5. Whisk the egg white and the salt until stiff. Then carefuly put it under the chocolate mousse. Then covered it and put it into the fridge.
For White mousse use 125g White chocolate.
