1. Preheat the oven to 170°C and put backing paper onto the metal baking sheet.
2. Put the flout,sodium Carbonate and the salt together.
3. Mix the melted butter, the sugar and the Brown sugar thoroughly. Add the vanilla extract, the egg and the egg yolk to the mixture and stir until light and creemy. Add the flour mixture and at last the chocolate Drops.
4. Put the dough with a tablespoon onto the baking sheet. Each Cookie must be 2-3 Ts big. Don't press the dough.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes. Keep a distance of 8cm between the Cookies. Let Cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then put them on a baking grid.
