     Caitlin's Pecan Pie

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp valilla
2 cups broken pecans
 

Instructions
Beat eggs slightly, stir in corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla, and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450 F/230 C for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 F/190 C and bake until crust is browned and filling has set lightly, about 40-45 minutes.
