     Rhubarb/Strawberry Crisp

Ingredients
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 c. sliced rhubarb
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. quick, old-fashioned oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
 

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add rhubarb and strawberries. Toss to coat. Spoon mixture into a square glass baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle crumbs topping over fruit.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly and fruit is tender.
Serving Suggestions
