     Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 chops
1T butter
Salt pepper
1T chopped onion
1T flour
1 cup beef bouillon
2 t mustard
2T relish
 

Instructions
Slowly fry chops in butter both sides.season with salt pepper. Cover, cook over low 45 minutes. Remove keep warm. Cook onion in juices, blend in flour. Gradually blend in bouillon. Simmer til thick. Add mustard relish and heat. Return chops and serve.
