     Pumpkin Chiffon Pie

Servings   9 or 10-in pie

Ingredients
2/3 c. sugar
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 egg yolks, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 cup pumpkin
3 egg whites
 
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
whipped cream
3/4 c. toasted coconut

Instructions
Prepare crust, using last 3 ingredients.
Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in yolks and milk. Cook until thickened. Chill. Beat whites until stiff and fold into pumpkin mixture. Chill. Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut.
