Heart oven to 425 degrees. Pace broccoli on cookie sheet. Toss
with oil, salt & pepper. Add garlic. Bake 20-25 minutes until crisp
tender and beginning to brown. Remove from oven. Zest lemon
over broccoli. Squeeze lemon juice over broccoli. Toss with 1 1/2
Tbsp olive oil, 3 Tbsp toasted pine nuts and 1/3 c Parmesan cheese.
Add 2 Tbsp fresh basil if desired.
