Soak bread crumbs in broth. Dice bacon, start to brown. Chop
onion and add to bacon. Brown till bacon is cooked but not crisp.
Mix beef and sausage with mixer, adding eggs, garlic, seasonings,
bacon and bread crumbs. Make into small meatballs and cook in
fry pan till just cooked through. Keep warm in 200 degree oven
while making gravy.
To make gravy, melt 2 T. butter in meatball pan and deglaze pan.
Add 2 T. flour to make roo, adding more butter if necessary. Stir
in beef broth and let sauce start to thicken. Remove from heat and
stir in sour cream. Add meatballs and serve over cooked noodles.
