Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Line cookie pan with parchment paper.
Pour lemon juice over chopped strawberries. Drain
after a few minutes.
Whisk together 1 ¼ cup flour, salt and baking
powder. Set aside.

Beat butter with sugar and cream cheese until
it’s light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Gradually add
flour mixture, mixing until well combined. Stir
in chipped white chocolate.

Sprinkle strawberries with ½ tbs. flour until
lightly coated. Stir strawberries gently in
batter.
Drop heaping tbs. of batter onto pan 1” apart.Set
cookies in refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes.

Sprinkle cookies with sanding sugar.
Bake 13-15 minutes (until edges are golden
brown).
Let cool on pan for a few minutes and then
transfer to a wire rack.
