Food processor -butter sage rosemary, thyme until smooth add s and p
450 oven preheat
season cavity with s and p fill with half carrots , celery, onion. Rub the turkey with the herb butter ands season lightly with s and p
Put remaining veges on bottom of roasting pan put turkey on top roast 45 msn until golden brown Reduce to 350 2-2 1/4 longer until 160 thermometer
Tent loosely with foil rest for 20 msn bf slicing
