     Slow-Cooker Shredded Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
1 pkg (28 oz) boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 pouch (1 oz) Old El Paso taco seasoning
1 jar (24oz) Old El Paso salsa
 

Instructions
In slow cooker, toss chicken with half the taco seasoning mix to coat evenly.
Top chicken with salsa. Stir till well combined. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 4 1/2 hrs or until chicken is tender.
Shred chicken. Add remaining taco seasoning mix. Cover and cook 30 more minutes. Serve warm on Tortillas.
