     Apple slab pie

Ingredients
1 box Pillsubury refrigerated pie crust soften as directed
1/2 c sugar
3 Tbsp flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
9 c thinly sliced peeled apples
Streusel-
1 c flour
1/2 c sugar
 
1/4 c quick cooking oats
1/2 c cold butter cut into small pcs

Instructions
Heat oven to 425; remove pie crust from pouches, on lightly floured surface unroll and stack crust on top of each other roll out to 17X12 inch rectangle. Fit crust into un-greased 15X10X1 inch pan, pressing into corners. Fold extra crust even with edge of pan.
In Large bowl, mix 1/2 c sugar, 3 Tbsp flour and cinnamon. Stir in apples to coat. Spoon apple mixture into crust lined pan.
In medium bowl,mix Streussel ingredients, cutting butter with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until crust is golden . brown, filling is bubbling and streussel is browned Cool on cooling rack 45 minutes before serving.
