1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders or chicken breast cut into 2 inch strips
Instructions
Preheat to 400 . Spray cookie sheet with high heat
oil.
Combine cornflakes, cheese, flax seed, garlic
powder , onion powder, peppers and 1/4 teaspoon
salt. Put in ziploc bag, zip and shake. After
shaking use rolling pin or a glass to break down
the mixture. Pour into a shallow bowl.
In another shallow bowl, lightly beat the egg and
remaining salt together. Dip each tender into the
egg to thoroughly coast and then roll it in the
cornflake mixture until its thoroughly covered.
Lay the tenders out on prepared baking sheet and
bake for about 12 mins, or until the coating is
crip.
