1/4 cup sour milk (add 1/4 tsp vinegar or lemon juice)
1 cup mashed banana
1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
Cream shortening and sugar, add beaten eggs, vanilla, sour milk, and banana. Sift flour and measure, add other dry ingredients. Combine all ingredients. Divide into two 8 inch greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
