Ingredients
1/2 cup popcorn kernels, popped
1 1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup buttter/margarine
1/2 cup lily white corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
peanuts, cashews, pecans
 

Instructions
Place popcorn in a large heat resistant bowl or roaster. Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and vanilla in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil over medium hear for approximately 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour sauce over popcorn stirring until covered, sprinkle in nuts. Cool on a cookie sheet, break into serving size pieces. (Patti- I double the popcorn and double the sauce when I make mine.)
