     Potato Salad for a Crowd

Ingredients
10 pounds potatoes - peeled and boiled
1 dozen hard boiled eggs - chopped
2 large onions - diced small
1 1/2 quarts miracle whip
1 cup half-and-half
3 tsps prepared mustard
1/2 cup sugar
salt to taste
Refrigerate dressing overnight
 
Instructions
Boil potatoes - while potatoes are still warm - mix in eggs, onions, and dressing. Refrigerate overnight.
