     Pat in the Pan Pie Crust

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoon milk
 

Instructions
Combine dry ingredients in pan. Spread to edges to make a hole in the center. Combine vegetable oil and milk and whip in cup until thick. Pour into center of flour mixture. Mix it and press into pie pan. Take fork and prick all over pan. Bake at 375 degrees 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before putting in filling.
