Preheat broiler. Cover heavy baking sheet with
foil. Arrange peppers on baking sheet. Broil until
skin browns and blisters turning occasionally -
about 12 to 15 minutes. Enclose peppers in plastic
bag and cool 1-2 hours.
Peel, seed and cut peppers into 1/2 inch strips.
Toss peppers and all other ingredients in plastic
bag to combine flavors up to 2 days.
