     Corn and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
1-2 cans black beans - rinsed and drained so water runs clear
2 c frozen corn A
1 red pepper finely chopped
1/2 red onion finely chopped
1 1/2 t ground cumin
2 t Tabasco sauce
Juice of 1 lime
2 T olive oil
salt
 
pepper
Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Mix remaining ingredients and toss in. Chill overnight or until corn thaws at least 30 minutes.
