Cookies
1- Preheat oven to 400 F
2- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
3- Cream butter salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and
baking powder
4- Add in sugar, then egg and blend to
incorporate
5- Add flower and milk, beginning and ending
with flower. Mix until blended
6- Drop Teaspoon sized drops of dough on
prepared baking sheets, 3 inches apart
7- Using bottom of greased glass, flatten
cookies to 1 1/2 inches
8- Bake for 10-11 minutes, until bottom of
cookies are just beginning to brown
9- Cool cookies on pans for 5 minutes before
transferring to a rack to completely cool

Icing
1- While cookies are cooling make icing
2- Place Colocolate chips, corn syrup, 1
teaspoon vanilla extract, cream in microwave
safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals
until chocolate begins to melt
3- Stir Until Smooth
4- Add in confectioners' sugar and stir until
blended completely
5- Allow icing to cool to room room temperature
6- Dip bottom of cooled cookies into icing and
placing icing side up on baking sheet
7- After all cookies have been dipped, dollop
remaining icing on top of iced cookies (you
want lots of icing.
8- Evenly spread icing with small knife
9- Allow icing to set
10- Store Cookies in airtight container at room
temperature
