Mix together first three ingredients. Cook on
low fire to soft ball stage (236 degrees on
candy thermometer). Add the vanilla and beat
until thickened. Add nuts and coat. Spread on
a greased pan and cool. Break into pieces when
cool enough to handle. They keep in freezer.
