Size is for full orange pot (not easy to stir so put things to pot in
layers)
cook potatoes in skin not hard but not too soft;
in water with bay leaf, black pepper, allspice;
cook cleaned and halved carrots not hard but not
too soft, save water when done cooking;
hardboil eggs;
chop onions finely, put it in a strainer, put it
in a deep dish and pour boiling water on it, leave it submerged in a
water for some time;
finely chop pickles and peppers;
cut carrots;
put poatatoes and eggs through the screen, add
carrots, eggs, onions, pickles, peppers, peas;
add mustard, mayo, vegeta, pepper powder;
add water from pickles to keep it properly sour;
add carrot water if needed to have the right
consistency;
mix it only gently from down upwards, only when all ingredients are in
so that potatoes don't turn to mash
