3 T grapeseed or avocado oil - something with a high smoke point
sea salt and pepper
Variation-
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 honey
2 T sriracha
Instructions
Oven at 400.
Place brussel sprouts in a bowl or ziploc bag with oil and
spices. Mix. Spread on a baking sheet. Roast 30 minutes until
caramelized. Serve hot.
Note - Don't use olive oil when roasting above 325. Olive oil
doesn't have that high of a smoke point and becomes a
carcinogen when used at 350 or higher.
Variation - Whisk oil, vinegar, and sriracha together and coat brussel sprouts. Bake at
400 25 - 30 minutes or so depending on size of brussel sprouts
