Lay the fish on a sheet of aluminum foil. Arrange vegetables
on fish. Squeeze italian dressing over vegetables and fish.
Seal foil packets. Bake for 10-20 minutes depending on
thickness of fish until flaky.
Packets can be made up to 4 hours ahead of time and kept refrigerated until baking or
grilling.
