     BBQ Beef Short Ribs-Baked

Ingredients
4 pounds boneless beef short ribs, cut into 4 inch long pieces
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
BBQ sauce
1 Cup ketchup
3/4 C dark brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 TB cider vinegar
1 1/2 TB worcestershire sauce
 
1 1/2 TB Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
S&P short ribs all over and arrange in 13x9 dish. Combine all BBQ sauce ingredients until smooth. Pour 1/3 of the sauce over short ribs (1/2 Cup) Flip ribs over and spoon another 1/3 C sauce. Reserve the remaining sauce
Cover pan with foil and roast in oven for 2 1/2 hours. Remove foil and use large spoon to remove some of the liquid so the tops are exposed. Cook for 30 min more until tender and browned.
Cut off remaining fat from ribs and transfer to serving platter. Discard cooking liquid and slather with reserved BBQ sauce and serve.
