• Boil eggs, when cool grate , set aside for garnish
• Chop onion and sauté in butter
• Put Onion and half of the ingredients in blender
• Cover blender and blend until smooth
• Empty into a sauce pan
• Repeat process with the remaining ingredients
• Heat stirring constantly but do NOT boil!
• Serve with grated egg on top
