     Pineapple-Carrot Jello Salad

1 large box (or 2 small boxes) of lemon Jello
1 carrot – grated
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
 
Instructions
Make Jello per box directions, add pineapple and shredded carrots. Chill until firm.
