Cook Time- 3 hours
1. Startup smoker using hickory wood and get it up to a temperature of 225-250 degrees.
2. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
3. Pour the sauce into a foil lasagna pan.
4. Place the pan in the smoker and smoke the sauce for 3 hours.
5. Stir the sauce after each hour in the smoker.
6. After smoking, let the sauce come to room temperature.
7. Stir it and add little water, if it is too thick.
8. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
