     Pesto Chicken with Veggies (one pan)

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts
2 zucchini, sliced and halved
1 container grape or cherry tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 - 2 TB olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 jar pesto
1/2 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Place chicken in center of large cookie sheet. Place zucchini on one end and tomatoes on the other. Sprinkle garlic over entire pan. Drizzle olive oil over pan. Season with salt and pepper. Toss veggies to coat with oil.
Pour pesto over chicken. Top chicken with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
