- Preheat oil in frying pan over medium-high
heat

- Season pork chops to taste with salt, pepper,
garlic powder, and onion powder
|
|
|
- Place pork chops and bread crumbs in a gallon
zip lock bag; shake to coat chops with bread crumbs
|
|
|
- Place breaded pork chops in preheated oil,
flipping every few minutes
- Cook chops until browned and meat is cooked
through
|
