     Cracker Chicken with Poppy Seeds

Ingredients
1 c Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, sliced in half
1 1/2 c crushed Ritz chrackers or other buttery cracker
 
1/2 c melted butter
2 Tbsp poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a container suitable for marinating. Add chicken breasts and marinate for a few hours or overnight. Remove the coated chicken from mixture and roll in cracker crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a large pan. Pour half of melted butter over chicken. Bake uncovered for 45 min at 350 F (175 C). Spoon the remaining butter over chicken. Sprinkle poppy seeds over the chicken and cook for 15 minutes longer. Serves 8-10.
This is a family favorite of ours and is great for Sunday dinner.
