     Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   6
Preptime   4 Hours, 10 Minutes

Ingredients
1 - 8 oz. Package of Cream Cheese
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Pound of Stew Meat (or 1 Steak)
1 Large Onion
1 - 16 oz. Package of Egg Noodles
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream

1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms

Instructions
Start by chopping up your onion and putting it in your fry pan with your stew meat or steak. Season with garlic salt.
Cook just until the onion starts to get translucent and meat is browned on outside, but not cooked through. This will help keep the meat moist while it cooks in the crockpot. You can skip this and just dump everything into crockpot, but it won't be as moist and tender when it is done.
Mix together- milk, mushroom soup, worcestershire sauce, and cream cheese. Stir well. If you plan on using sour cream, do that here. Put sauce mixture and meat and onions in crockpot, put lid on, and cook on low for 4 - 5 hours. You can stir occasionally.
Cook and drain noodles. Then stir into crockpot and let sit for about 5 minutes. Serve.
