     Salmon with Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
2 lb salmon, cut into 4-5 fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1 avocado, cubed
 
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 of a red onion, diced
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 cup tomato, diced
1 jalepeno, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Combine first 6 ingredients and then rub onto salmon. Bake salmon fillets at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Combine last 8 ingredients to make avocado salsa.
Top baked fillets with avocado salsa and serve.
