     Spritz Cookies

Ingredients
2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup margarine
1-1/4 cup sifted powder sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
 
Instructions
Sift together flour and salt. Cream margarine and powdered sugar, add in egg and vanilla. Gradually add in flour and mix.
Use cookie press to form cookies on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
