     Ginger Creams

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup margarine
1 cup molasses
pinch of salt
1 cup hot water
1 tsp. baking soda in water
3 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
 
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs beaten and added last

Instructions
Mix together all ingredients with eggs added last until well blended. Spread until greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15- 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Frost with cream cheese frosting after cooled.
